These terms apply when you buy from Cookie Republic at cookierepublic.ca. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a flavor is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we can't deliver to your address.

Allergens

Our cookies contain wheat, eggs, milk and soy, and are made in a kitchen that may also handle other allergens. Ingredients are listed on each product page and on the label. Please check them before ordering for anyone with allergies.

Promotions and votes

Flavor votes, giveaways and discount codes have their own rules, posted with each one. Discount codes can't be combined unless stated.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on our site when you order applies to that order.
